Non Resident Contractors

Northwest Aviation Solutions was created to serve as an intermediary between the Maintenance Centers and the Aircraft Technicians, so we only want the customer to be satisfied with the work performed and the welfare of our mechanics.

Our goal is not economic profit, but to successfully achieve our objectives.

All the information and range of solutions is immediate for the client with a close and fluid relationship and all the administrative support and economic benefit reaches the employee.

Both premises must be met:

  1. Wherever we work, they must always want us to come back.
  2. Whoever has worked there must always want to come back.

We haven't broken either of those two yet.

Integral solutions for aeronautical maintenance

At the moment our team is made up of a small group of carefully selected individuals, all with proven leadership skills and bringing together a set of skills adaptable to each client. We have done one-off support of a couple of weeks, a complete overhaul of 4-6 weeks, or larger projects of 6, 12 and 18 months.

For example: B1.3/C, B1.3 Support Staff and Unlicensed Mechanics covering the needs of Base Maintenance while the Maintenance Center finishes training its permanent employees to adapt to new challenges.

In terms of daily work, we offer an easy adaptation between Line Maintenance or Base Maintenance according to maintenance and location needs.

Necessary qualities to make the right choice

  • Our team is made up of people with a high level of international experience: we have worked together throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
  • All have extensive individual Rotary experience: none has less than 12 years of helicopter experience.
  • We cover a wide range of models: AW139, AW169, AW189, AS3327532 B1 C L1 L2 U2, EC135, H145, H175,H225, Bell 412, S92A+... We have all worked on the entire Super Puma family in all its versions (VIP, military, SAR, offshore, etc).
  • Regarding licenses and authorizations, we have several options:
    • B1.3/C AS332L2, AW169, Bell 412, EC175, H225
    • B1.3 AW139, AW189, EC135
    • B1.3 no Rated
    • Unlicensed Mechanics (all with +12 years of experience)

Aeronautical Services

Are you a candidate to get your EASA Part 66 Aircraft Maintenance License (AML) and you don’t know the steps to get there?

We help you to properly fulfill your EASA Form 19 application and collect all the needed documents for your Civil Aviation Authority (CAA). We also tell you what are your EASA expectations.
